The first step is to meet and get acquainted. The relationship between the builder and homeowner is crucial for a successful and enjoyable building process. During this meeting, we will discuss your ideas and wishes to turn your dreams into reality. As a custom builder, I ensure that your home is original and tailored to your lifestyle.

Step Two
Site Visit and Planning
Next, we visit the property to consider all aspects, including exposures and views, to best accommodate your new house. I will take your ideas and requests to create a preliminary floor plan for your review. Once the floor plan is finalized, I will draft a set of plans to submit for bids by subcontractors. There is no cost for the initial sketch or consultation.

Step Three
Transparent Budgeting and Construction
You will receive all copies of invoices for materials and labor for your review and records. This transparency gives you the flexibility to manage costs according to your preferences. Generally, the cost for a fully upgraded house can be estimated by multiplying $130.00 per total square foot plus my fixed fee, which depends on the project's complexity.
